Thanks for posting this! I'm glad to see the Feds are trying to measure the nebulous concept of green job. I've heard many folks in the "green jobs" field asking how successes can be measured nationwide--now we may have an answer!
Developing a measurement system isn't so different from developing benchmarks methinks, and I'm also glad the gov't is trying to quantify green jobs. I think it'll make 'selling' the concept much easier if the growth can actually be measured and compared.
